This class is specifically designed for the youngest of practitioners. Children are very open to positive reinforcement and these younger ages, Jiu Jitsu can begin to instill a strong set of core values that will be beneficial for a lifetime.
Our Intermediate Jiu Jitsu Class combines many elements from our Fundamentals and Advanced classes, serving as a bridge between the two. This class is perfect for those who have been training for about 4-6 months since it provides more complex variations of the fundamental positions, techniques and drills used in Jiu Jitsu.
Our Advanced Jiu Jitsu classes are specifically designed for those practitioners who want to challenge themselves. Between the high-intensity warm-ups and greater complexity in the techniques taught, the Advanced class is designed for those who want to take their Jiu-Jitsu to the next level. You will be tested every time, but you will surely become better because of it.
Our Alliance Team is led by Gigi Paiva. This class is exclusive to competitors who represent our school in the national and international IBJJF championship circuit.
